How do I use my Tag/Card?

To use a new Tag/Card follow these steps: 1. After receiving your item 2. Remove and scan with your phone or another phone 3. The phone should be able to read it, and pop up a link 4. Click on the link and go to the user website page
Can I modify my user-Biotag page?

Yes Simply log in to your account and modify it. If modification didn't work after 10 minutes, kindly live chat us/contact us
